ok another question here
im wanting to order my tailgate skin so i can shave it soon does anyone have a good brand? i was looking at grantkustoms,lmc and fbirides all about same price. are they all the same or are some better? and do i have to cut the skin off the old one? if any one has any pics or help on shaving it that help alot id appreicate it.

grant is gonna be the best quality by far, skins are usually welded in place of the tailgate to shave the rear end completely shut. You can reskin the tailgate and still have a functioning tailgate without the exterior handle (using a re-locator kit). Here are some pics of my old mazda my buddy did the skin on.
