Certainly has alot of potential, fix it up cosmetically ie bumpers, wheels, paint etc... and it can be a very cool driver.

The mechanicals are awesome but it really should have been an old F1 or F100 instead of an AD. I just like to keep things in the family. I put a 5.3 in my GMC and if I built an old power wagon I would go new hemi, etc. I do like all the engineering that went into that truck, though.

The dislikes have it over the likes for me. The bed is an atrocity imho. And I'm a little puzzled why they refer to it as a "55" seeing as it has a split windshield.

On a related topic, I guess I never realized SMC had gone belly up before they even got started. Weren't they taking huge up front deposits?
