I didn't know if it ran or not, I was able to turn over by hand. Towed it home, rear brakes are locked up. Checked fluids, cleaned the carb and it fired up. Today I'll be assesing the brakes. 307, 3 on the tree. Unsure what direction to go but I'm happy with it.
