jeep electric cooling fan question

I found this jeep fan on ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/99-03-Jeep-G...ht_1668wt_1270
I have found the part number in other threads of CBG4F250. The above is not the same number but it looks similar. Has anyone used this fan (the ebay fan)? Shipping is free and I can save about $20 with this one.

Re: jeep electric cooling fan question

I bought my fan from the Dodge dealership for less than whats your looking at on ebay. Have you tried there?

Re: jeep electric cooling fan question

I've been running one for awhile now. You will more than likely have to find you a new connector if you cant find the opposite side in the junk yard. It moves alot of air.

I mounted mine directly inside my existing fan shroud. I made cutouts for the three tabs on the fan to recess it inside the shroud a little. Then I made me some little brackets to hold it in place. I am using a Derale adjustable fan controller as well.

Could i get some more info on the Derale controller....adjustable as in speed setting?

I have fan mounted in the shroud as you say, but seems to move to much air

How about weather-pak connecters
