Left Stepside Bedside Wanted
I am looking for a left stepside bedside. Not the fender, the piece the fender bolts to.
I'm in Washington State.

How about a complete stepside bed with shaved stake pockets, custom fabricated ends, no rust, tailgate and chrome steps for $550? The sides are the same for most earlier years too.

Jeff, that one on eBay looks like a good deal. But to ship something like that would break my bank. I'm still on the lookout for a step bed, but one that is closer.
stllookn, wish you were closer.

Thanks for the help guys. The guy on ebay wants at least $200 for his, I can buy them locally for $350, so with shipping I don't know how good of a deal that is.
stllookn: are you interested in any trades, I have all kinds of parts and all but of a left bedside of a stepside bed... I just don't know if I want to buy another whole one. Jeff: That bed looks like mine did, I bet its not rust free in Kansas...

Post this on the '67-'72 parts board since the stepsides are the same except for the fenders. I think they are the same all the way back to the late 50's. There is lots more activity on that parts board and you get some action there. I will keep looking for one on this side of the Sound.

That is correct, everything else is the same. Good luck finding a '67-'72 bed however because of the fenders...everyone wants them. Bedsides are much easier to come by. I believe the bedsides (box) is the same all the way back to 50's. Post the question on the '67 board and someone will answer pretty quickly. There is a guy in Medford, OR that is trying to sell a stepside bed for about $100. A bit of a drive but a great price! He is on this board...don't recall his name. I am going to Salem this weekend but am driving my one ton van or else he could throw it on top...LOL! They are pretty light once you remove the wood.
