Radiator support r&r?
I'm replacing a radiator support on a 69 c10. I never did one for a truck but did plenty of cars. I always done it by taking hood, bumper, grill, inner fender, fenders and so on. At the local pick a part I saw a few trucks with front sheet metal still attached but support, bumper and grill were gone. How is that possible or is it kinda butcher type of a deal?

Re: Radiator support r&r?
Unbolt everything on the support.
Then lean the top towards the cab.Lift it out. Not quite that easy, but you get the idea! That's the way I did my 68. Mike. |

WHAT LUCK!
I was going to post this very same question! I am ASSUMING I need to support my front fenders somehow....but I may be wrong. Could someone reply with detailed instructions since in the coming weeks my old support goes out, rubber bushings go in, and in goes the (new to me 1970) radiator core support. |
