what does this shroud fit???

this came with some other things so unsure of aplication...i know its not small block...anyone...?????

Jeremy, that looks like a big block shroud to me, could also be V-6 as they also look abit similar. Just how you have it laying if its over 4" tall its a BBC shroud, if its under 4" its a V-6, also on the lip (see your below edited pic) you should be able to find a molded in p/n 3924932 if BBC, V-6 had three different p/n's ending in 752, 802 or 824.
