for those who have idle problems!
Was messing around with the 327 last night, mostly tuning the carb, and tightening up some bolts, and come today it wont idle right, exhaust smells lean and wants to die when put into drive..
Well turns out it was my choke that was stuck, and causing the idle problem.. The choke wasn't visibly closed, which is why i passed it up a couple of times, but after opening and closing it, it freed it up and worked like a beauty |

Re: for those who have idle problems!
That's a very good tip. I'm also having that issue with my truck. I'll have to check that tomorrow. I have to pedal it when I put it into drive.

Re: for those who have idle problems!
check your vaccum line if you have a vaccum guage..
or it could be your intake.. but check the carb first! |
