insturment panel wiring

i am in the prosses of installing my insturment pannel on my 70. i have been working on this project for over two years. two deployments slowed the rebuild process but im back at it now. i installed an all new american auto wire harness, works great and was easy to install. my question is how do i hook up the insturment panel. (see picture) am i missing something here? im pretty sure i am missing the block that the wires need to attach to. i have been searching online for this part and i can not find it anywere. maybe im lost ( wouldnt be the first time) any help or guidence would be appretiated. thanks.
