72-67 seat swap
I have a 67 with an odd seat config. It looks like a buddy set but only has a small foldable armrest in the middle of the two sides. Both fold forward indepent of each other and it has what appears to be original cover on it. The bolt patterns on the frame line up and fit perfectly but I've never seen any of our trucks with this seat. Its a gmc with the cst pkg by the spid but can't figure where the seat's from. Anyway, I'm looking to pick up a seat from another member but its from a 72. Is there a difference in the framing on these seats or do they interchange? I think there was a thread out there from a few years back addressing it but I can't remember for sure. Any input would be great because its a great deal for this daily driver.

Re: 72-67 seat swap
The 72 bench seat should bolt in fine. It sounds like the PO made some modifications to the center console. If they are buddy bucket they are worth quite a bit because there aren't a ton of them around and the demand for them is pretty high. Good luck with you swap.
