opinions--69 78,000 mi. worth 10,500
Out riding my bike today, and came across an original 69 stepside, wood bed. 6 cylinder, 3 speed manual, NO rust, except under battery, more on the wheel well, than core support. Needs repaint, original paint is cracked, and differant shades of dark green have been added over the years
Unmolested, little old lady just got to old to drive the manual trans., and just kept it in the garage 10,500 firm....this thing has got to be worth 15,000.00, in my opinion Interior is perfect, except tape on the lower portion of the drivers side, back rest is original vinyl. Plane jane truck What do you all think?

Re: opinions--69 78,000 mi. worth 10,500
An pics? Must lok pretty incredible, based on your assessment and the price - but off the top of my head, I'm with j ripper - 10.5 seems way too much for a 69 stepper with a I6/3ott and paint conditon. Without looking, I'd say $4K tops, but am sure the pics will help increase that number.

Do a quick check on similar items on fleabay. You should be able to one hell of a good loaded driver for that. Maybe even an older restoration.

6 cyl, 3 on tree worth 10.5? Probably not.
Pics here would help you get a better idea of its true value.

Re: opinions--69 78,000 mi. worth 10,500
sounds like the owner's holding on to sentimentality and not true value. 10,500 could buy you a great resto project that's mostly done or a top notch daily driver where I'm from.

Re: opinions--69 78,000 mi. worth 10,500
With a little research and patience, you should be able to get a lot more truck than whay you've described for 10,500. I would bet if the seller keeps holding out for that price the truck will be in his Estate.
