GM door hinge problem
bought four NOS gm hinges for both front doors on my crew for under 100 bucks . figured y not instead of pin replacement......well somebody at gm must have been asleep on the square hole machine...
 ....cause the rh and lh bottom hinge holes are off 3/32 to 1/8 in the direction i need more adjustment...checked them to the originals....now i have to pull driver side door back off...maybe they out sourced these to china or lmc or ?....anyone have this problem b4 ? you would think these would be consistant...guess i will grind or drill them out.

Is your door still square? by that I mean true , not racked. The skin on the drivers door on my 1991 Suburban has separated from the frame and caused the door to rack or twist. there is no amount of adjustment that would correct it.
