Re: Guys i Messed up this time

There are factory reassembly manuals available in reprint. Are you talkin' about the front body clip (fenders, rad support, inner fenders, grille, etc.)? Or are you talkin' about the control arms, and steering?

If it's the front fenders and such. About 90% of the body bolts are the same size. It's just you need to have the shims available to make everything line up correctly.

Re: Guys i Messed up this time

You should only have about 3 sizes of bolts, 2 large ones with large washers, these hold the inner fender to the cab rail. 4 medium size with washers, these are for the fender to cab near the cowl. Then a whole bunch left are the same size thread with slightly different lengths and washer configurations. These are for the cowl to cab, fender to core, battery box, inner fender to fender, hood latch, etc. You should be able to lay them out by how many in each area and get them in the right spot. Post up some pictures of the ones your not sure about.
