front brakes lock easily when its cold outside

just like the title says. I know I need a booster and one side the rotor wasnt turned by the p.o. and now has a notch in it.

Mine did the same thing. I just ended up replacing my rotors, calipers and pads to fix it. Also, I flushed my brake fluid.

What I suspect is that one of the calipers is sticking slightly.
