Ram Horn Flanges!!!

I swapped my I6 and dropped a 350 in. I couldn't find a set of headers to clear all of the clutch linkage on the driver side. I had a buddy that had some old center dump ram horns and they fit perfect. The only problem is I can not find a set of flanges that fit. I've got some that are very close but I would have to drill them out to slide over the bolts. Is that going to make it leak, or is there a flange that I can buy that will just bolt up?
