replacing springs on new ls3 heads: reuse stock locks and keepers?

I've got brand new LS3 assembled heads that have never been installed. I need to upgrade valve springs for a higher lift cam and I'm wondering if I can just buy new springs and not a new spring kit. Can i reuse everything but the springs? I'm looking at the kits from Brian Tooley racing

You could also check out the spring sets at Texas speed. But that said, I'm not sure what you can reuse and what you can't. But I know if you call them they will be more than happy to answer your questions.
