congrats on the new house!.......Those shops will look sick with nostalga gas station/ oil signs plastered all over and gas pumps out front!

That 2 story shop has a super loft up-stairs... Crappers in the garage and the loft... 10 Miles closer to work... geez... I could go on... I pulled my first load of Shop Stuff over last night. Messed around until almost Midnight before I realized what time it was. I get up at 3:45 to go to work. I'm feeling it right now! I'm gonna do it again tonight!
