Horn
Well my truck horn hasn't ever worked when I press it in; tested the horns and they work. What should I check for between the horn and the steering wheel?

Re: Horn
every truck ive bought the horn didnt work and most times you can clean the contact ring under the steering wheel and it will start working

Re: Horn
Ive lived without it for awhile, but all the idiots on the road need to hear some noise sometimes.

Re: Horn
It's most likely the horn contact ring, or the relay under the dash.
Do you know how a relay works? I can't remember the terminal pinout, but I can help walk you through a test for the relay.

I busted mine when i swapped out my ignition cylinder. So instead i hooked up a pushbutton to the horn wires coming from the steering column and to ground and just mounted it in the dash. Works for me.
