88 suburban part out
I have an '88 suburban that I am parting out, it is/was a donor for another truck. I have or will be pulling the front fenders, front bumper, front doors, hood, cowl. transmission, engine TBI harness and computer, guages, dash harness, and interior heat/air box. I have also removed the front kick panels. All else is for sale, if not listed below, ask. This is my first part-out, so if my prices are out of line, let me know, I am sure we can work something out. I would rather not ship large items, but if we can work out a shipment method/cost, then we can make it happen. Parts prices do not include shipping.
On to the photos; The 'burb as it sits now; Parts that I have pulled and ready: '88 grille and headlight bezels - $50 '89-91 grille - aftermarket, bezels have chrome lifting but center section is good shape - $30 Hooker competition headers - p/n 2451 - they are listed as car headers, but fit with no issues, have O2 sensor bung on left side collector - $60 |

Re: 88 suburban part out
More parts;
Suburban fuel tank - no pump but has sending unit - $40 '82 truck 16gal, driver side tank - with straps/mounts, sending unit is bad - $50 Suburban door panels - fronts still on truck but will remove, rear doors I have, 1 is busted, ask for photos - $20 each Gauge bezel - good shape, uncut - $SOLD The dash pad is cracked, but the vent trim piece is good, the bucket seats are a bit rough but can be saved, the middle seat is in good shape, seat belts are there, interior trim, rear A/C, engine, core support, etc, all available. I will do my best to answer questions and get shipping quotes as quickly as I can. Bryan Last edited by Lone_Star; 02-06-2013 at 08:49 AM. |

UATahoe - I have you first in line on the gauge bezel. Any particular area that you want close-up photos of?

Re: 88 suburban part out
How is the brushed aluminum? Any fading, cracks, or other damage? Interested in the bezel for sure. Any chance you could post up some close up pictures to show the condition of the brushed aluminum overlay? Thanks!

Re: 88 suburban part out
Just wanted some pictures showing the brushed aluminum finish and wanted to make sure there were no cracks. I know sometimes the aluminum fades or spots up.

Re: 88 suburban part out
Ramz - I pulled the bumper guards tonight. They are straight and good shape. Light surface rust on the backside, a couple of small rust spots on the front; one at the bottom below the pad, the other next to the pad. Light scuffs on the pads.
