thanks for your help guys.
i took my angle grinder and cut the bolt so it was square shaped (was round) this way i was able to get a vice grip locked on good.

not yet, havent changed the fluid yet, i just got home from work and grinded it up and cracked it open. ill be changing ther ear end fluid and finding out wether i have 3.08s 3.73s or 4.11s tomorrow. probably 3.73s from what i hear.
i just found out my truck already has an adjustable tracking bar which is cool for when i slam the back more.
