Re: wheel ideas for 69 short stepside

Tell us more about your truck. Is it lowered, are you planning to lower it? What are your tastes? 15's or 22's ? What are your plans for the truck? Daily driver, or show circuit? What's your budget, Billet wheels or .. ? Do you know which rear end housing you have under your truck now, early 67-69 or late 69-72 ? The later rear end housing is longer which will impact your wheel options.

Happy to help you. Do you have a picture of your truck?

Welcome to the board btw!

Right now the truck has the stock rear end in it I'm putting a rear end out of a 70's model trailing arm the front end is disc out of a 80's model I thing 15's would be fine and I'm going to do a 3/5 drop on it

Depends on your "vison" for it.Sometimes it's just as good to go with a simple steel or Rally.Kind of like a woman,if it don't look good in a black sheath dress and pearls then all you're doing is putting lipstick on a pig.
