what square do you use for working/hauling? 86 3/4 longbed. still evidence of the fire on the underside of the hood.

Re: working squares lets see them

I just picked this one up. It has a 5 wheel hitch in the bed and a heavy duty rear tow bumper.

Once I get it running good it will be used to tow stuff around the farm.

Here is a picture of it and when I towed it home.

Shyguy, did you leave the visor on the truck? If so, why or why not. I have one that I have thought about putting on but just haven't decided yet. I think it looks good on your black one.

i wouldnt do a visor. guy i know had a lund one on a bronco. as you know you have to drill holes in the roof. he never could keep it from leaking. he also wound it up over 100 mph once and it ripped the screws out. he finally took it off welded up the holes and repainted the roof skin.

stories like that keep me from putting mine on.
not sure if a bouncing 4X4 is more stress then high speed air in the 4X2 lol
that and the truck mine came off was leaking from rusted mount hole
but a lot will say they are ok , they use "bonding glue/adhesive "

Re: working squares lets see them

I have a few work trucks.
The first is my dad's old 80,3/4 ton with commercial bed that he and I used in our a/c-electrical business.
The second picture is of my 77,C-10.I've used it for years to haul scrap cars and trucks,as well as my daily driver. It's a 250 six,3 speed on the column with a/c,power steering and a loud radio!
This is one of the junkers I hauled to scrap with the 77.Can soon be had as Chinese junk at WallMart!

Good looking rig. I have one of those lawn mowers, it is a 154. It has been a while since it has seen any use.

It is one of my some day projects.

Me too!

I usually do Farmall A's, but this property has a lot of trees and low branches so I thought a more squatty machine would do the trick.

I'm going to leave this one just like it is, I believe, rather than turning it into a museum piece.
