Having a rough time with window felt, need help.

The window felt that the window slides against in the front and back, I'm having a rough time getting it out. What's the secret to removing it and then getting new back in. Do I have to remove the whole window and crank? It seems near impossible to even get the window out of the door, HELP PLEASE.

I think the whole run channel has to be replaced. I don't believe the just felt can be changed. Never the less the windows are going to have to be removed, both the sliding and wing.
