Excellent cruise-in!

I posted a link to a ton of pictures I've taken at an awesome local cruise-in over in the regions forum... it got 9 views in 3 days. maybe the mods will leave this here long enough for a couple people to check it out. The cruise happens in Gadsden Alabama on the first FRIDAY of the warmer months. First one is tonight. I see cars from a couple states away on a regular basis... it's well worth a drive. Even if you can't make it... check out the pics...

Re: Excellent cruise-in!

I'm glad you guys like the pictures. I've taken way more then what was posted in the link... that's the HAMB and they frown on anything that's post 65 so I try to keep it on topic for them. I've got tons of pics from this cruise posted on my Facebook. This is the best cruise-in that I've been to Period! There is usually live music scattered all throughout the event... everything from a kid with a guitar playing for tips to a full orchestra... seriously... there was a full orchestra set up there one night. If I had to guess... it's a 700+ car cruise on a good night.
There's a group of us from LaFayette that make the drive just about every month that the weather is fit to go... Although I didn't go tonight... The Coker tire cruise is tomorrow and I wanted to clean my truck up for it. Yea... I coulda done both of them... but I can eat out tomorrow since I skipped Gadsden tonight. I've had people meet us at my place and follow us down ... would be glad to have anyone else tag along that wants to check it out as well. Just give me a shout.

Re: Excellent cruise-in!

I got to see all the cars first hand tonight. It was a great crowd. I saw lots of 67-72 trucks and everything in between. That actually do it 12 months out of the year but usually a very small crowd in the colder months. Hope to see you guys next month.

Re: Excellent cruise-in!

Warmer months--What the holy heck are those. We just got rid of the snow last week. The first carshow of the season is a week from tomorrow and there is hope that the day will be comfortable.

Great pics!

Re: Excellent cruise-in!

I'm hoping to make it to the Gadsden cruise-in sometime this season. I especially want to go since that's where my truck is originally from.
