Front tire height

What are you guys running for a front tire on your lowered pickups? I have mine dropped with a pair of mono leafs and a dropped axle and currently have a 235 70 R 15 tire up front. My concern is that when I turn the wheel all the way left, you can barely get a finger between the tire and edge of the fender. SO I assume that once the truck is driving and I take a turn, the fender will cut into the tire because of the body roll. I am looking at sizing the tire down to a 215 65 R 15 to decrease the overall size and gain me some clearance. The only other option that I can see is changing my wheels to something with more of a back space to move that tire in further. I'm running a 15 x 7 Corvette Ralley but not sure on the spacing
