Re: Someone Please Buy This

Said he sold it for 2000..is that a decent price? It ran and drove around town before. Saw him in the parts store getting a new master cylinder for it..idk what a fair price is in a 30 series. If I remember right it had minimal rust

Re: Someone Please Buy This

Boy what a great price! I am glad I didn't have the money for that! Is very rare though. Whoever bought it has a jewel....in a dump truck sort of sense. Wish I had one after seeing it!

Re: Someone Please Buy This

Said it had factory air and I agree the body looked really clean for the age. I'd say $2000 was a real bargain. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Someone Please Buy This

My dad said he looked at it when it was sitting in their backyard before it was for sale. Said it was all there including all the AC and power steering and brake stuff. Would have been a neat truck to have around the farm, wish my other truck i have for sale wouldve sold or i could have offered more on it haha

Re: Someone Please Buy This

Well with whatever twist of fate that happened, I now own the pickup. Called me today and said I had one shot at 1500.00 cash so I jumped on it. I'll post more pictures when I pick it up. I guess the other guy said he'd give 2000 but then tried to get it for less and didn't have the cash

Re: Someone Please Buy This

I'll be bringing it home later this week. Give it a tune and some fresh fuel and see where that takes me. Also need to bleed the brakes. Standard procedure

Re: Someone Please Buy This

Great buy with those options and what appears to be a clean truck. Pictures please when you get it home. I got a 66 plain Jane a mile from my house in the trees that I don't dream of hauling one more out to my acreage. A guy just needs a deep canyon to just hide these finds from the wife and tresspassers.

Re: Someone Please Buy This

That'd be a neat driver too but I didn't need the truck before I bought this one! But maybe after a little housekeeping..good thing I'm not married or else a wife would probably shoot me haha
