Re: WTB Radio knobs
it was sold as truck radio. i tried to fit using regular bezel rings and they seemed too short...
the dial chrome piece fit pretty much flush with dash surface... Thanks! |

Re: WTB Radio knobs
They are what hold the radio in place they go in first then the nuts then chrome knobs then the black ones has your dash around the radio been cut up at all if not these is all you need with the rear bracket

Re: WTB Radio knobs
luckily no one has cut the dash.
Except for the bracket and radio, all the hardware goes in from the front? |

Re: WTB Radio knobs
This is the best photo I can find. Maybe it will help you.
Yes, the round dish looking pieces with the square cut holes go on first, then the radio goes in the dash followed by the nuts, chrome rings then finally the black knobs. I think WETOWM was asking if you need any of the brackets that hold the back of the radio up to the dash. |

Re: WTB Radio knobs
No it is not restored. i bought it from another board member from a parts truck. It is on of the nicest unrestored AM radios I have seen.
Another thought for you is make sure you use the correct ohm speaker or the radio will fail. There is a stamped warning on the top lid with the information. Thank you |
