Shock recommendations
I need some recommendations on what type of front shocks to get for an 84 c10 with two inch drop springs. Anything will help!

My factory shocks worked well with a 2.5 drop spindle and 1 coil cut from the spring

I have stocks on mine right now but the truck is starting to hit the bump stops, gonna try for a smaller shock

you wont need drop shocks for 2" drop springs, or even 3". we really have to know what you are looking for. sounds like you want that height but not be so soft. try moog 6102 with one coil cut. that will stiffin it up so it doesnt drive like a f150

When I first did my drop I had issues with it bottoming out, but then I got new factory shocks and the issue was resolved.

I have the springs installed already. I guess I just need to get better factory shocks. What brand shocks you got?
