avs paralle4 link
http://www.avsontheweb.com/product.p...cat=335&page=1
does anyone know if this will work on a 73-87 with a truck 12bolt? Im just curious if the part that you weld onto the axel housing fits right, it looks pretty universal. Also, is a parallel 4 link good? or should i go with a wishbone 4 link, or a triangulated 4 link?

Re: avs paralle4 link
It does look universal to me,But it depends a lot on what your trying to do with the truck. Are you going to bag it or run coilovers and are you going to lay frame or just lowered?

Re: avs paralle4 link
I plan on bagging it. Idk about laying frame but I'd definitely like to be as low as possible in the back.
Posted via Mobile Device With out having to z the frame or anything I want to bee as low as possible on a 28 inch tall tire

Re: avs paralle4 link
Our parallel 4-link is universal. It is designed to fit a 3" rear axle tube. But can be easily modified to work with a 3.5" or any other size tube you are running. That link also is our most popular with leaf spring GM trucks, where the gas tank will not affect the travel of the links.

Re: avs paralle4 link
Not to highjack too much but how thick are the bars and tabs? Are they ready to ship?

Re: avs paralle4 link
The rear is easy to lay frame,But the front won't lay frame with out a zing or aftermarket front suspension like a dropmember or ifs from scotts.
