47-55 1st Series Interior Pictures

I thought it would be nice to have a thread showing interior pictures of everyones AD series trucks all in one place. Details would be great like seat(s) used or if you custom fabricated headliners or door panels for instance how you did them. Thanks for your contributions!

Not mine but very nice.

I know this is SUPPOSED to be an AD thread but since others have posted TF interiors I want to ask a question about them.

On the brown interior above that Parkwood posted with full door panels, do guys just put a panel OVER the factory wavy metal, or do they typically cut it out and replace it with flat metal? Or just cut it and leave it out?

Dan here are some of the pictures taken while the interior was going in... the inside of the door was painted as nice as the outside so the guy doing the interior wanted to leave some of the color in the door panel. as you can see he made patterns and then covered them leaving the raised part of the door.. hope this helps..

Here's some I've collected over the years for inspiration. None of them are mine so I can't tell you anything about them other than there is something about them that I like.

Parkwood, does that dark green one you posted have bed liner on the running boards? If so, do you have more pictures of that?

Interiors so far look great!

The car show is THIS coming Saturday. I registered last Friday and I was number #440, so if the weather is decent it should be a good turn out.

Thanks. Your interior looks FANTASTIC! I absolutely love it. (It would kill me to drill holes in those perfect doors though!)

Dan, thanks. The truck isn't mine but one I put together for a guy in So. Calif. And even though it wasn't mine I wasn't thrilled to know the doors were going to have holes in them, but when it was all done who would know.. and the owner loved it that's all that counts...

Re: 47-55 1st Series Interior Pictures

I have the poly roof which I plan to foam and cover but would like to finish the rear upper wall that surrounds the back window and corners that would meet up to the roof liner.

Any ideas or how to's?

Here's a couple pics of mine. I originally had tweed material on the seat, but I changed to ultra leather in early 2015...Jim
