Bought my first c-10, and new member
What's up everyone? Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Hector, I live in Dallas Tx where I work as a paramedic. Just bought a 1970 Chevy c-10 SWB and already started taking it apart. Very excited on the rebuild. Look forward to meeting a lot of members, also buying and selling some things. I'm also going to try and be active on this board. I'll see if I can't update some pics of the old girl. Take care.

Welcome from the Great White North. You will find all the help and info you need for your truck on this site. I've been on the boards for 10 years now and am still learning new and interesting things about our trucks.

Re: Bought my first c-10, and new member
Thanks for all the warm welcomes gents. As for my plans, just ordered the bed side panel. Decided it would be better to replace than to repare. Alingn all the body panels. Doing 3/4 static drop for right now. Do a 4/6 when I convert to front disc. And in the far future, maybe some bags and a body drop. Haven't decided. Prob keep the light blue paint, but add some white with blue pearl. And I'm buying a wiring harness from another member here, got to do all the electrical. That will scratch the itch for now. Thanks again everyone.
