Bought a "Spirit of '76"

It has been repainted,but still has the original hub caps and the white door panels and emblems....all for $800!

First step pull that cover off the factory seat is bad a**! I got an rpo sheet for the glove box if yours is missing

I just got home with it from Temecula(40-50 miles??) and it rode like a caddy! with ICE COLD A/C!

Cool truck!! Didn't know they built those either!! Case had a 1570 tractor as a spirit. Very cool paint scheme as well.

Got out the ole tune up tool this morning! Hooked up a vacuum gauge and adjusted the carb till it read a very stead 19",then checked timing...spot on,pulled plugs...had to have been the original plugs!....Replaced. Next I will do the cap and rotor and wires. This truck idles incredibly SMOOTH! no flat spots,no misses...just SMOOTH!

oh, and washed the seat cover. The factory upholstery is not the greatest, but still mostly all there! Gonna put the seat cover back on so I dont completely destroy the factory stuff.
