Nice! Did it require any chip modifications for the tbi computer to run a 383?

Re: TBI 383 finally up and running!!!

I am using a modified chip from Harris Performance. Brian really knows his stuff when it comes to the TBI system. Along with the chip i am running a modified throttle body that flows around 670 cfm and upgraded to cop car injectors. Running those at 18psi. Also upgraded the in tank fuel pumps to ep381 pumps, the same pump the vortec motors use.

I do have pictures and video. I just dont know how to post up videos on here yet. LOL. I will try to get that figured out this evening and get a video up. Running it with open headers right and it is crazy loud. LOL

Re: TBI 383 finally up and running!!!

Do you have a build thread of the motor? I just threw another 305 in mine that we rebuilt, but in the future I want something bigger, which I was just talking about on someone elses thread lol, So kinda looking for ideas. wanting a little more power/ fuel injected, or bigger motor to push this beast easier (hopefully for better fuel economy)...
