Re: How do you grease this?
I just recently worked on mine, there is no zirc, you have to pull it apart and re-grease it. As for the rubber boot ,dont know where to get one, mine was reuseable, not completely shot but ok to reuse.

Re: How do you grease this?
just pull the column out from the bottom and squeeze in some grease and push the rod back in? Or did you have to take off that bolt above it? Is the shaft splined on the top as well?

Re: How do you grease this?
The only place I have found the boots is Inline Tube, they have the retainers clips also.

Re: How do you grease this?
ok cool. Im starting to think about that mod as well. I want to go back to a big 17" steering wheel and I'm 6'2" and its already tight with the 15".
but on the other hand after replacing almost all my steering stuff and just finally getting it working I dont want to tinker with it yet |

Re: How do you grease this?
The boot and retainer clips are available through jeep parts suppliers, it is nice that jeeps are made from all makes of cars. I know some Jeep guys who have added a zerk fitting to the larger housing.
