Wheel Questions
My uncle has a really cool set of 20 x 10 wheels that he used to rock on his 66 that he said he would give me . I am very happy but worried that they might be too big and will rub the fenders. Have any of you guys had wheels this size or larger and needed modification? The truck is getting painted right now so I don't think I could change anything on it. Thanks.

Re: Wheel Questions
I have 18x8 that I just put on with a MII front end. The tires are P255/55R18 they just fit in the rear and the front is a little tight I may move to a little smaller tire in the front.

Re: Wheel Questions
The tire size is 255/35 ZR20. If you say that your wheels are tight at 18x8's then I am thinking the tires will be too tight on my truck. Thank you for your help.

Re: Wheel Questions
255 are 10 inch wide tires so they may fit

Re: Wheel Questions
I guess the only thing to do is go to the body shop so I can measure it up and see.

Re: Wheel Questions
here is a tire comparison tool that i used when trying to figure out what size tires to get. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/tirecalc.php The diameter of the tire and rims are a little smaller then mine. So depending on the offset of the rims they may work.
