"any bucket" from the California desert is way different than "any bucket" from anywhere else in the country. My 1966 Chrysler, that was a daily driven car in Los Angeles from 1966 to 2009; still has the factory steal brake lines on it. And they come off with open end wrenches...

Things like this are the only good thing about California...

Re: Roadkill

Ok, I'm inspired to take my truck out this weekend!! I'll have to drive around before temps hit 85 or higher though. I need to track down an A/C wiring problem.

Re: Roadkill

Kool truck. I've watched all the shows and keep up with them. I wish Dirt Every Day with Fred was better though. Kinda slow and boring but I like them both. Hot Rod Unlimited is pretty neat. You'll find it all on Motor Trend Channel.

Re: Roadkill

I can't believe they hacked up the hot rod truck for a dirt episode, but I get the feeling they're planning something for it.

On another episode of hotrod garage they did a carb and HEI swap on the ramp truck.

Happy to hear that, the truck is way too cool. Hopefully it'll show up on Roadkill again when whatever upgrades they have planned are done.

Re: Roadkill

I think they'll replace the fenders on the hot rod truck and go about making it cool again.
