Break light issue

Installed new harness push on breaks one lights up other goes out any ideas????

As above^.

Install grounds first then check your wiring. Old rusted out bolts or painted over surfaces make for poor grounding and the lights in the back rely on bed to frame to cab to engine to battery ground loop.

Get them at local auto parts and install them
-Bed to frame.
-Cab to frame under the rear of cab.
-One behind the drivers side head to cab if there's not one already.
-Install one from radiator support to frame.

There should be a single wire ground from behind the gauge cluster to the metal part of dash panel. If not, I would install a ground strap there somewhere. After this, you can continue trouble shooting. Believe me, grounding problems will give you lots of headaches.

So, if brakes that break are broken, how would you fix the break in a broken brake?
