speedo question

Took the GPS with me today and as i suspected speedo is accurate till 50 miles hour.Above that it seems to read higher than your going reading 60 only going 55,reading 75 only going 60.Not sure what could be the problem anyone have this on there truck? 71 c10,350 motor,350 auto trans.

Sounds like the magnets are tired in the speedo or the lubricant has turned to crusty gunk.
