hi , im doing a 67 chevy pick up and have a dana 60 8 lug rear end and want a 5 lug, can I swap out shafts, ? or put in a different rear axle, what will work..

Is your truck a 2WD, 4WD, coil sprung or leaf sprung? That info is needed to figure out what axles fit. (And helpful in any future posts for quicker, better help).

Is your dana 60 a full floater? It most likely is, so swapping hubs to 5 on 5 is doable but pricey.

The easiest would be to swap out entire rear axles with another truck. But to recommend axles we need more info about your rig.

If you don't want to fab mount pads you would need to find a 71-72 1/2 ton 5 lug with coil spring set up. That should mount right in. I sure would like to have that Dana 60.
