Re: OJ undergoing some surgery
Is the OJ that Yezzi had purchased?
What upgrades are going to be done?

Re: OJ undergoing some surgery
Hi, yes this is Yezzi's old truck that now resides downunder, there was always some rust issues at the bottom of door & fender, so now thought was a good time to address them, not touching the rest of paint leaving it all as original as possible, this thing is so dry the panel guys are amazed at how clean she is.

Sweet!
You have by far one of the cleanest squares I know! I'll be staying tuned to watch but it's a beautiful truck and glad that it's gone to an owner that will cherish it. When you get a chance think you could post some detailed pictures for me? I just would like to see how clean it is inside and out.

Hi 77ChevySharkBite
Recently got OJ back from the panel shop, the guy's done a great job on the rust section mentioned earlier, as you requested before I thought I'd send you some photos of OJ, hope these are OK. Cheers Mick. |

Re: OJ undergoing some surgery
I noticed a toggle switch under the dash. What is that for? I have one in the same exact location. Honestly my truck looks to be the brother of this truck only a bit rusty.... Such a great truck. Thanks for sharing.

Re: OJ undergoing some surgery
Hi, my truck has twin fuel tanks and the toggle switch is for the fuel gauge to register with depending on which tank your on, switch to the right, RH fuel and vice versa.

Re: OJ undergoing some surgery
Cool thanks for the answer. Now I have to look a little harder about my truck. I always did wonder why there was a switch there considering it didn't have fog lights. I always thought it was some old man add on junk. Oh well.....now I've got to investigate. Thanks.
