Cool. I think that is a twin boom Holmes wrecker. The wrecker part looks to be in decent shape.

Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a Holmes 460 like I have on my 67 C30. The bed looks similar to mine, except mine rises higher behind the cab and has the toolboxes. Not a bad looking truck.
