tie-rod bar question
Is the actual tie rod bar supposed to have a slight bend, or should it be perfectly straight. My bar bows towards the front of the truck. Thanks for your help!

You mean the drag link? The bar with the 4 holes that connect to both tie rods, the idler, and the pitman? If so yes it's straight between the inner two holes, but it bends at about 10-15 degrees on the ends to the outer holes.

Cool. Make sure if you're taking it out you remember how it goes back in. I made a little mark next to the pitman arm stud hole (arrow pointing up) that told me how it went back in the truck. Not too many of the pictures i've seen really show how it's supposed to go...
