Rear Leaf Spring Shackles

Will 73-87 rear leaf spring shackle work on my 72 rear end leaf spring if they are the same width? Thanks for the help

I believe the 73-87 leaf springs are wider.

I have 2-1/2" leaf springs and I measures 73 they are the same width I just need to know it the 73 spring shackle will fit my 72 hanger

I dont belive the shackle changed much through 70's-80's. The spring width should be 2.5" so they should be fine
