Hahahaha. Let's see, Back to the Future was released in 1985, that truck would have been 9 years old. The owner was probably bored with it at that time.

well, if you got a lifted truck, it might be easier for your wife to climb in-it would definitely save on door hinge pins!

I see where it was a 4x4, would be funny to see the owner of the truck, back in the day, to pop the door open then he couldnt reach it to close it...

I saw a squarebody with lamborghini doors at the junkyard a few months back, wishing now that I had snapped a few pictures.

Re: C-List Find (76' Cab with Gull Wing Doors) WTF??

Not my thing but keep in mind that the 70s and early 80s were all about doing these trucks custom like that. There were a TON of Chopped top chevy trucks in that era. You just have to take it for what it is/was. I found a chopped top cab I have considered purchasing and building all oldschool. The only thing holding me back is lack of space. I know we all like different things but I like almost anything from the 70s except maybe the clothes!

I thought a 90's model truck owner flipped when he heard power door locks on my '83. He would go crazy seeing wing doors.

Doesn't look too bad, MUCH better than the lambo door conversions I have seen!

Boy that would be a hassle if one of the shocks holding it up were to give out.
