rim sizing

i am interested in buying a set of rims from fellow boardmember. need help on fitment. i have a 72 blazer 4wd conversion to 2wd.it has leaf spring rear with a 72 model pickup 12 bolt rear end. Rims are 22x10 with a 4.5 in backspace. Any issues with fitment and if so what will need to be done to make them fit. Fronts are 22x8.5 with a 5.5in backspace. I have cpp tubular control arms with drop spindles. please advise?
