Preference for seat cover supplier?
I'm looking at buying a new blue velour seat cover to redo the tilt bench seat from an 86 I have in my basement (to install in the 1980 C10 once recovered). I have looked at Brothers, Classic Industries and LMC parts. They all seem to have the same covers for sale, but is there any difference or benefit the covers from any one company? (I imagine they are all made by the company anyway, but maybe not). Thanks.

Re: Preference for seat cover supplier?
I can't answer your question, but I have found that any good local upholsterer can duplicate the factory look or come close to what you want from readily available material. Good seat foam is the most important element, so if you don't already have that you should make that your first consideration. Local upholsterers can add custom seat foam also - I got denser and thicker foam on my 83 and it has held up well for several years. The whole job for me was about $250 (foam, fabric, and labor) -way cheaper than buying materials and rebuilding it myself.
