Number on side of frame rail?

What are these numbers? I am trying to figure my truck out as it seems to be pieced together from other trucks.....It's titled as a 77, but had an 80 front end,has plastic fuses, electric oil pressure sending unit, fuel doors on bed, all of which do not match a 77...?

Numbers on the side of the frame rail are part numbers, lot numbers, date codes and other supplier information.

The numbers you want are the secondary VIN information, which would be on the top (horizontal) flange of the frame rail.

Ok, I found the frame stamped vin, and it matches my vin plate on the door jam.....when did GM start putting the vin plate on the dash by the windshield?
