any one laying frame with a ford 9"?

so i have a narrowed 9" that im thinking of using on my 72. it already has a drop member and step notched rear. it wont be drag truck and i would like to run 18s or 20s. any drawback or pro and cons for using a narrowed 9" vs a 12 bolt?

I have had the same 9" Lincoln/ford for 12+ years in 2 different trucks currently setup with a triangulated four bar, 9000 bags and 50000+ miles on stock Lincoln housing
