Its just my favorite color. My stepper is Med Bronze w original paint. There seems to be many versions of this color and neither the touch up paint from Paint Scratch or my local auto paint dealer is close. Can you share your paint's formula (or source.)
Thanks

Re: lmc catalog cover page

To my knowledge, there's only Bronze and Med. Bronze Metallic. We just had it made up at the local O'Reilly's auto parts store. DuPont brand. I think the 522 code mentioned above is correct. I might have a shot of the can in my build thread.

If it's aged paint, you may find it difficult to match exactly. The clear coat really makes the metallic pop. If yours (clear) is faded...

Re: lmc catalog cover page

Is it medium bronze? Or is it the burnt orange that you see on the newer Avalanches and HHR's?

Perhaps it's too close to tell.. It looked like the owner (being in Texas) was doing the burnt orange as a Longhorns fan...

Re: lmc catalog cover page

Thanks guys. Looks like a burnt orange to me. I'm doing a short bed 4x4 frame off that was hugger orange and white. love it, butt when I saw that color on the front of lmc think it might have to be the one. looks to me like it has a little more orange in it than the bronze color you guys are posting. Cant really tell though.

Re: lmc catalog cover page

No, not orange at all (mine). The variance you think you are seeing is due to the metallic + garage lighting and/or sun.
I'd guess and say the LMC cover truck is also med. bronze metallic.

Re: lmc catalog cover page

I kind of wish it had gotten cleared. I don't think it liked the smell of the paint that day.
