Do a thread search on SactoJim. His tires are pretty close to that size.

275/55-18's are 29.9 in tall and the 255/50-18's are 28 in tall.

I run 285/60 -17's on the rear ( 30.5 in tall) and 255/60-17's front (29 in tall) since they are CLOSE to the height you are considering your truck MIGHT look close to this (if you use a 4 in drop front and a 5 in drop rear):
